Windows Firewall gives the error "The class is configured to run as a security id different from the caller " error
Problem Description:
While trying to troubleshoot network issues the windows firewall appeared to be blocking network traffic, but the firewall was not enabled. This can usually be resolved by the following article MS has posted in their Knowledge Base.
